Bonum Bank Plc published Board of Directors' and Financial Statements Report for 1 January - 30 December 2016

CEO Anders Dahlqvist's comments:      

Bonum Bank has established its function as a part of the amalgamation of POP Banks during 2016, which was the bank's first full year of operation as a provider of central credit institution services to the POP Banks. During the year, Bonum Bank considerably increased its treasury services offered to the POP Banks, prepared and secured the availability of longer-term financing for the POP Banks. Bonum Bank Plc's profit for the financial year amounted to EUR 978 thousand (EUR 306 thousand and balance sheet grew slightly and totalled EUR 456,960 thousand (427,333 thousand).

Bonum Bank strives to strengthen the business operations and cost efficiency of the POP Banks, enabling healthy and profitable growth.
