Changes in the Management of Bonum Bank Plc
The Board of Directors of Bonum Bank Plc has appointed Jukka Ruotinen as the company’s CEO. Ruotinen has served as Treasury Manager at Bonum Bank and as Deputy CEO of POP Mortgage Bank. He will assume the position on 5 October 2026.
At the same time, changes have been made to the Board of Directors of Bonum Bank Plc. Hanna Linna and Ilkka Lähteenmäki will step down from the Board. Eija Ahola, Chief Financial Officer of POP Bank Centre, and Arvi Helenius, Chief Legal Officer of POP Bank Centre, have been appointed as new members of the Board. Jaakko Pulli will continue as Chair of the Board.
“Bonum Bank Plc is responsible within POP Bank Group for, among other things, providing central credit institution services to the POP Banks, securing the Group’s external funding, payment services and the provision of centralised services for the Group. Jukka Ruotinen has broad insight into Bonum Bank’s business and its role within our Group,” says Jaakko Pulli, Chair of the Board of Bonum Bank.
